About the Owners
Chad and Alicia Dietrich have built a business rooted in family connections.
Chad is a third-generation builder who’s had construction in his DNA since moving around dirt in his toy bulldozer as a toddler. He still feels like a “kid playing in a construction zone” anytime he’s on a job site, running a piece of equipment.
Chad’s wife, Alicia, has handled bookkeeping duties since Day 1, often with one of their six children playing at her feet, and many of their employees have become like family over the years.
Whether it’s clients or staff, the Dietriches believe they are creating something much more important than a building; they are forming meaningful relationships that will provide joy and memories years to come.
We Build Relationships
At Creative Construction, our focus extends beyond merely erecting post frame structures; we’re dedicated to cultivating enduring relationships with our clients.
Since 2001, as a family-owned business based in Mandan, North Dakota, we’ve honed our skills and deepened our community connections. Our approach is founded on a strong commitment to our clients, meticulous attention to detail, and a fervent passion for transforming visions into reality.
We distinguish ourselves by truly understanding our clients’ needs and aspirations, allowing us to customize each project to their preferences. By fostering open communication, engaging in collaborative planning, and delivering dedicated service, we ensure our clients feel both valued and involved throughout every phase of the construction journey.
This client-centric philosophy has transformed us from builders into trusted partners and friends within our community. Our motto, “We Build Relationships,” reflects our belief in the significance of these connections and their impact on the success of every project we undertake.
